This explains what SS Ascend does with your details when you use the booking pop-up on this site. We have kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
SS Ascend helps UK home-improvement firms get more qualified customers. If you have any questions about this page, email us at ssascendhq@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the booking pop-up, we collect:
- your answers to the quick questions (whether you run a home-improvement firm, what your firm does, whether you could take on more jobs, and whether you are ready to start the free trial, where you pay Facebook for the ads)
- your name, firm name, mobile number and email address
- anything you add when you book, and the date and time you choose
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything about you until you fill the pop-up in and book.
Why we use it
We use your details to arrange the call you asked for, send you a confirmation and reminder, and follow up about it. This is in your interests and ours, and it is what you would expect when you ask for a call.
Who else sees it
- Calendly runs the booking calendar. It receives your name, email, phone number and answers so it can book the call and send you confirmations.
- Google provides our calendar, email and video calls (Google Meet).
- WhatsApp (owned by Meta) may be used when we message the mobile number you gave us to confirm your call.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to arrange and follow up your call, and for as long as we work together if you become a client. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them, or object to us using them. Email us at ssascendhq@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this page we will update the date at the top.
